These terms and conditions govern all access and utilization of Karvatech Solutions software systems, web portals, APIs, AI models, and infrastructure. By creating an account, deploying software, or executing an agreement with Karvatech, you agree to these terms.
The "Service" encompasses all cloud-hosted applications (including KarvaIQ, KarvaTaskz, KarvaCRM), custom ERP modules, WhatsApp Cloud API middleware, AI bots, dashboards, and associated programmatic endpoints.
By enrolling in our services or utilizing our APIs, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Subscription fees are invoiced on a prepaid recurring basis according to your chosen billing frequency (monthly or annually). Meta conversation charges for WhatsApp API are billed at direct pass-through consumption rates.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as explicitly outlined in enterprise SLAs, Karvatech disclaims all other implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Karvatech Solutions be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages exceeding the fees paid during the twelve (12) month period prior to the claim.
